TERMS OF SERVICE
For Commissions Related Work
1. We are not responsible for REFUNDS after purchasing our product or our time
2. It is not our problem if you fail to read our ToS or if you do not understand how it works
3. We may ask for you to pay us half during the middle of the project and the rest at the end this is mainly for big commissions
4. We do not have the right to break Non-Disclosure Agreements
5. Its not our fault if your work gets leaked
6. We MUST receive PAYMENT after the work has started regardless if you keep it or not. Although we will not ask for the full price and only a reasonable amount depending on how far we are in
7. No disrespect may be given to our team
8. You must always pay first before we hand out the file for the commission
9. I advise you screenshot this to protect your money/in-game currency
10. If the work is unfinished you may request a refund
11. We have a right to accept/decline you as a client this includes your refunds
12. If we were to get scammed the hiring manager would be to blame regardless if he/she was the Owner/CEO
13. If there was a situation where we ACCIDENTALLY leaked your work we will NOT to be blamed for our mistake
14. If you mis-understood us and received the wrong commissioned work then we will NOT be at fault although we may fix it for you
15. If we mis-understood you and given you the wrong order or commissioned work then we WILL be at fault although Regulation NO.1 will still be utilised
16. You may ask us to see the current progress/status of the commission
17. If you are attempting to scam us you will be REPORTED and BLACKLISTED from Quantum Operations
18. After you have payed we will continue to assist you until the work is in your game then we will leave
19. Attempting to blackmail us will result in a REPORT and BLACKLIST from Quantum Operations
20. By reading the ToS you automatically AGREE to them you may object this and decline our commission offer after reading this.
21. Time wasting will not be tolerated and you will be REPORTED and BLACKLISTED if you are suspected of time wasting us and this will come under Regulation NO.6 regardless of the circumstances
